Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Shared Services Global Coordinator for an 8-month contract to support our HR Shared Services in Cape Town. The role involves talent coordination, onboarding, process documentation, HR operations, and global policy management. This hybrid position requires supporting ongoing HR functions and building scalable HR processes.

Responsibilities
Talent Administration Coordination
  • Partner with senior staff to schedule interviews, onboard new hires, conduct background checks, update job descriptions, and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new hires during onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for recruitment and onboarding deadlines.
  • Assist with campus recruiting and global process development.
HR Processing and Coordination
  • Manage case workflows related to HR queries, policy updates, and contractor management using Jira and ADP.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and support regional HR coordination.
  • Support HR projects and payroll submissions, ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in talent acquisition coordination or HR administration, preferably in a global or shared services environment.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, ADP, Jira, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Shift work supporting US time zones: 1pm-10pm or 2pm-11pm SAST.
