Key purpose
The key purpose of this role is to implement and uphold ABInBev safety standards. Manage the Inventory and Warehousing function to optimize customer service levels and meet benchmarked productivity standards. Implement standard operating processes in line with DPO standards. Manage VLC, ZBB, and FLC budgets in accordance with annual flexed targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with 5's standards within and around Warehouse Operations and demonstrate results evolution.
- Cascade all Global policies and ensure compliance.
- Design and implement the management cycle, e.g., Business Descriptions, SLAs, Process Maps, KPI Indicators, and ensure compliance among warehouse staff, demonstrating results evolution.
- Develop and validate SOPs through management routines, ensuring understanding by all warehouse employees (LnA, SCL, OWD).
- Manage and update team rooms through routine meetings to solve problems and drive performance.
- Develop and maintain MCRS/MCL routines and track adherence.
- Use problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 WHY, Abnormality Reports, SIC, OPLs, RACI's, OWD's, PDCA's) to develop action plans to improve PI's and KPI’s.
- Cascade KPI's and PI's to individual warehouse employees, standardize achievement and monitor targets.
- Ensure adherence to best practice generation process and execute approved projects, demonstrating results evolution.
- Utilize GOPs linked to warehouse KPI's and achieve at least 75% score.
- Use GAPA and PDCA for chronic abnormalities and execute derived actions.
Inventory
- Ensure daily compliance of inventory counts.
- Ensure compliance with inventory policy and use management tools to close gaps.
- Manage the process for destroying and writing off obsolete products in compliance with legal/environmental requirements.
- Identify root causes of inventory count variances and implement action plans using problem-solving tools to improve inventory accuracy KPI.
- Reduce Supply Chain Overheads through problem-solving tools and management of stock age KPIs.
- Track and trend all operating variances within the warehouse and utilize management tools for improvement.
Layout Implementation
- Ensure adherence to warehouse layout standards for activities like Empties zone, Refusal zone, Order Picking zone, Repack zone, Finished Goods zone.
- Monitor and manage warehouse management tools to ensure ABC compliance.
- Track safety process compliance through MCL routines.
- Analyze ABC compliance to realize efficiencies, conduct Time and Motion studies, and demonstrate results evolution.
Improve Quality Standards
- Manage, track, and trend warehouse cleanliness, pest control schedule adherence, cross contamination prevention, temperature control, and product exposure.
- Achieve 75% compliance to the Global Warehouse GOP.
- Implement Location-Based Inventory System for product identification.
- Address the Stock Age Index KPI through Action Plans.
- Monitor %HL near blocking as a PI and ensure blocking standards on non-conforming inventory.
- Manage sorting processes to reduce MBFU% and improve productivity using management tools.
- Track and analyze broken cases to develop improvement plans.
- Create a quality induction program and ensure 100% staff training compliance.
- Manage distribution returns policy to align with quality standards.
- Oversee repacking operations to meet quality standards and improve productivity.
Picking Standards
- Ensure adherence to standardized picking processes with management routines ensuring safety and productivity.
- Design ergonomic layouts for picking areas to enable zero man-machine interactions.
- Create and monitor picking KPIs (Cas/Per man Hour, Replenishment adherence).
Sorting Standards
- Ensure sorting guideline adherence and meet targets; plan, train, and perform quality sorting.
- Identify gaps and implement action plans.
- Design ergonomic layouts for sorting areas.
- Create and monitor sorting KPIs (Cas/Per man Hour) to improve MBFU trends.
Productivity & Capacity Management
- Achieve 75% compliance to Warehouse Labour Productivity GOP.
- Develop sizing simulators for optimal resourcing.
- Allocate labor activities using SKAP tool.
- Manage Warehouse Capacity Utilization to enhance efficiency.
- Implement waste management and recycling operations.
- Monitor TCT and develop action plans to improve it.
Safe Warehouse Practices
- Maintain a safe warehouse operation, ensuring awareness and compliance with safety standards.

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree (3 years)
- 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oasis, Handheld devices
- SAP proficiency
- Good interpersonal skills and relationship building
