Global Mobility is a strategic HR function managing employee movement across international borders, supporting business needs. It includes expatriate assignments, international transfers, remote work arrangements, and cross-border employment compliance.

As part of the global People Experience team, you will support Unilever's global talent strategy and drive sustainable growth through a resilient Global Mobility program, focusing on employee experience.
You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, line managers, internal regional teams, and external partners (immigration, tax, relocation services) to deliver exceptional employee experiences, especially within the Africa and NAMET regions.
Demonstrate high performance, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset. Lead by example and collaborate effectively to achieve results. Focus on personal wellbeing and high standards of work.
