Job Title: Industrialization Support Specialist

Purpose: To support Product Industrialization by ensuring the right first-time introduction of new production on-site, fostering compliance for local materials introduction (NPI) through MDM validations, and meeting QHSE standards. Responsibilities include timely updating of MDM requests and registration of MDM tickets, supporting local production trials to achieve first-time right on new introductions, and actively participating in local industrialization projects guided by the Industrialisation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in validating MDM requests through technical review of formulae.
2. Evaluate, update, create, and upload production mixing instructions (MI) on SAP with support from the local PI representative.
3. Support production trials to ensure compliance with MI, company standards, and local regulations.
4. Capture and maintain all trial request data, managing deviations as needed.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Food Technology.
• 0-3 years of experience in Industrialization, technical/lab, or production roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and SAP knowledge.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple work programs.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience or background relevant to the role will be considered if formal qualifications are not met.
