We are looking for an experienced, go-getter & passionate Key Accounts Associate to maintain and develop business-oriented relationships with existing and new clients.

We are a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of products in the engineering industry, specifically electrical, electronics, pumps, tools, and solar.

What the role is about :

  • Getting sales using various sales methods;
  • Developing innovative sales strategies and evaluating their effectiveness;
  • Evaluating clients’ skills and needs to build productive, long-lasting relationships;
  • Maintaining accurate and complete client account information.

Responsibilities :

  • Generating new leads, developing existing clients, and fostering relationships between the company and clients;
  • Handling client inquiries;
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Understanding the marketplace relative to product offerings and client demographics;
  • Searching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities, positioning, and branding within client stores;
  • Assisting in product launch programs, client days, and product awareness campaigns;
  • Training clients on products as needed;
  • Executing sales strategies;
  • Giving sales presentations to various audiences when required;
  • Managing client relationships and providing excellent service and support;
  • Providing feedback for market improvements and research;
  • Responding to high volumes of emails;
  • Formulating quotations and following up;
  • Attending sales meetings and providing relevant data and statistics;
  • Planning and reporting weekly calls and activities;
  • Maintaining client accounts;
  • Analyzing the marketplace and providing feedback on market and competitive information.
