Financial Controller

Pharmaceutical company based in Alberton is looking for a Financial Controller with strong ERP System Implementation experience to join their dynamic team.

Lead the selection, design, and implementation of a new ERP system that integrates financial data with operational processes to enable real-time reporting and enhance decision-making capabilities. Coordinate with the IT and cross-functional teams to configure the ERP system to align with company needs, ensuring compatibility with current systems and compliance with financial reporting standards. Develop and lead training initiatives for staff.

Oversee all Accounting Operations which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cost accounting functions.

Strategic financial planning and Budget Management.

Board reporting, Compliance, Governance, and Risk Management.
