In this role, you will support daily operations and ensure an efficient production environment. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and resolve issues promptly.

DUTIES:

1. Attend weekly operational meetings and report on progress.
2. Assist in preparing and managing orders and production schedules.
3. Identify production issues and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
4. Coordinate daily activities across departments such as production, logistics, and purchasing.
5. Optimize production processes and drive improvements.
6. Support team members in achieving goals and KPIs.
7. Analyze production results, report deviations, and identify improvement opportunities to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Experience in production environments, preferably in the natural stone or construction industry.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Experience with inventory management and production planning is advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production environments is preferred.
