Job Title: Inside Sales & Service Representative

Location: Lithia Springs, GA

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, with potential to earn over six figures for top performers

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales & Service Representative, you will:

  1. Meet or exceed sales targets and work with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin goals.
  2. Process sales orders and bids generated through telephone transactions.
  3. Assist customers with order pickups and develop new sales opportunities.
  4. Generate leads, identify value-added services, and resolve customer issues promptly.
  5. Support other sales activities and communicate customer risk factors to management.
  6. Complete safety and compliance training as required.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or inside sales, contractor sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn order processing systems and warehouse equipment.
  • Fluent in English; basic math skills.
