Job description

We're looking for talented customer service agents to join the CSR Holdings team.

This position is for an international telecommunications client. Ideally, we're looking for candidates with call centre experience in industries with a recurring customer base (telecommunications, media, insurance, energy, etc.).

Please note, you'll be working night shifts in this position.

We arrange transport for all our employees from their homes to our office, understanding the challenges of night travel.

Requirements

  1. Some baseline experience: Worked in customer service or a call centre environment for at least one year.
  2. Team player focus: You care more about the team than individual accolades. We seek individuals who take pride in their work and support their colleagues to achieve team goals.
