Job Description

This role involves supporting SAP IS-Retail modules, managing incidents, changes, and system optimizations, ensuring governance and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance retail solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve L2/L3 incidents and service requests for IS-Retail modules within SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis, document solutions, and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor batch jobs and interface health (PI/PO, CPI, MQ, Kafka).
• Capture business requirements, write functional specifications, and configure/test small/medium change requests.
• Coordinate with ABAP/Fiori, Integration, and Basis teams; manage transports; execute regression testing.
• Analyze ticket trends, recommend process automation, and benchmark new SAP S/4HANA Retail features.
• Lead workshops for process improvement across various teams.
• Enforce ITIL v4 processes, ensure audit readiness, and participate in disaster recovery drills.
• Mentor junior analysts, liaise with vendors, and support pre-sales activities.
