Requirements:
  • Advanced spoken and written English (C1 level or higher)
  • Proven customer support experience with skills in upselling, cross-selling, and retention
  • Remote work setup with familiarity in systems like Zendesk, Gorgias, Five9, Kustomer; experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify is a plus
  • Quiet, professional workspace
  • Updated device (Windows 10+), USB headset, reliable internet (min 20mbps upload, 40mbps download), LAN cable
