Job Description

The role involves analyzing credit data to estimate the risk involved in extending credit or lending money. The candidate will consult with management for corporate planning, conduct credit assessments for salaried home loan applications, and ensure adherence to service levels and turnaround times aligned with business strategies.

Responsibilities include prioritizing workflow, making informed credit decisions, assisting internal sales partners with credit policies, building relationships with business partners, staying informed about market and policy changes, and monitoring service guarantee times.

The candidate must resolve credit issues, escalate concerns to management, and engage in personal development activities. Ensuring customer service aligns with operational plans, developing stakeholder relationships, contributing to cost efficiencies, and maintaining operational excellence are also key aspects of the role.

The role requires liaising with stakeholders, analyzing credit application integrity, and supporting the organization's employment equity and disability inclusion policies.
