Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 with a Higher Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Customer Services, or Public Relations.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  3. Proficient in MS Office, Kerridge / Autoline, and other CRM systems.
  4. Knowledge of and experience in the Forklift industry is advantageous.
  5. Must have a Code 08 Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain multi-level relationships with existing and new customers across various industry sectors.
  2. Establish strong relationships with the assigned customer base to meet their expectations.
  3. Conduct monthly fleet engagements with customers and present data to assist in fleet decision-making and operational efficiency improvements.
  4. Assist customers by training and supporting them on the effective use of ISITE, FMX, Rapid Response, Lithium Ion, aiming to enhance fleet efficiencies.
  5. Report customer fleet queries to relevant Department Managers to ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
  6. Support sales and aftermarket teams with fleet evaluations for replacement programs.
  7. Ensure effective sales handover processes to foster brand loyalty.
  8. Report new sales leads to aid in sales conversion and market share growth.
  9. Assist with marketing campaigns for customers alongside Sales and Aftermarket Teams.
  10. Collaborate with operational departments to implement effective customer solutions, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  11. Consistently deliver on customer expectations and strive for Customer Service Excellence.
  12. Work closely with the Customer Support Administrator to achieve effective and efficient customer outcomes.
