Fleet Truck Sales Representative

Apply now for the remote, full-time Fleet Truck Sales Representative position located in Lithia Springs, GA.

This role involves selling Class 8 vehicles to the public, transportation companies, and Werner drivers, with a focus on generating sales leads.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Market Werner Enterprises' used tractors and trailers by developing a customer base within targeted demographics.
  2. Meet monthly sales objectives set by management.
  3. Communicate effectively with the Director and/or Sales Manager regarding daily business and other relevant situations.
  4. Ensure all equipment is sale-ready and meets quality standards.
  5. Maintain a professional sales facility, including the office and equipment display areas.
  6. Collaborate with Werner Maintenance to support reconditioning processes, ensuring timely and quality work.
  7. Develop relationships with vendors involved in reconditioning.
  8. Monitor reconditioning processes, tracking time and quality of work.
  9. Assist in transporting equipment between locations as needed.
  10. Maintain necessary paperwork and dealer licenses.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of sales experience with Class 8 vehicles.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of Class 8 vehicles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
