We're Hiring: Human Resources Professional at Lift Legal – Claremont, Cape Town

At Lift Legal, we specialize in empowering individuals to regain financial freedom by removing debt review flags, judgments, and outdated accounts from credit profiles.

Salary Range:

R12,000 – R20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job listings, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  2. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  3. Foster a healthy work environment and support employee well-being.
  4. Coordinate performance reviews and employee growth plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies; maintain accurate employee records.
  6. Handle filing of contracts, disciplinary records, and sensitive documents securely.
  7. Support training initiatives to upskill staff.
  8. Assist with payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
  9. Support a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications:
  • National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative support role
  • Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
