Purpose

As a Technical Writer and Editor, your primary role involves creating and proofreading user guides, service manuals, web training content, and technical documentation. You will manage versioning and distribution of materials, understanding the target audiences for each document. Your work will include guides on service functions and features, software use, technical instructions, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze target audiences to determine documentation needs
  • Present information clearly and logically for reader comprehension
  • Organize information to create/edit documentation, videos, or blogs

  • Consult with subject-matter experts on specialized topics
  • Analyze information for policy, procedure, and form documentation updates

Qualifications / Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
