We’re looking for a detail-driven, commercially minded Procurement Analyst to join our global team. In this critical role, you’ll support our procurement and finance functions - helping us negotiate smart contracts, optimise vendor relationships, and unlock strategic cost savings. You’ll play a key role in strengthening Paymentology’s financial performance and ensuring our purchasing processes are smart, scalable, and secure.

Contract Negotiation & Procurement Management

  • Partner on new contract negotiations and renewals - ensuring Paymentology secures the best commercial outcomes.
  • Spot and act on cost-saving opportunities through careful data analysis and procurement insights.
  • Keep procurement records, agreements, and savings initiatives accurate and up to date.
  • Track spending patterns and procurement trends to identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Design intuitive dashboards that visualise spend, assess supplier performance, and highlight cost-reduction strategies.
  • Work closely with our legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to onboard vendors in line with internal policies, PCI standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Make sure our procurement practices align with industry regulations and support risk mitigation efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to proactively manage purchasing decisions and secure the best deals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement operations - supporting systems like third-party risk management and ERP-based purchasing.

What it takes to succeed :

  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting and comparing complex, multi-layered commercial proposals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in technology procurement, especially SaaS agreements, is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of contract negotiation and legal review processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
