Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. Website Content Management
  2. Update and monitor content quality on the website, including photos, text, images, videos, and multimedia elements using CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  3. Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  4. Monitor content quality, SEO, and accessibility standards.
  5. Archive multimedia content and upload departmental publications and photo galleries.
  6. Maintain website pages for support divisions and main pages, and develop content plans and schedules.
  7. Conduct stakeholder focus groups and compile content calendars.
  8. Support website performance monitoring using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  9. Coordinate with ICT services and ensure website design consistency with brand identity.
  10. Provide technical support and act as liaison for website projects and troubleshooting.
  11. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and support on website projects and content.
  12. Participate in strategic planning for digital presence and content curation for communication platforms.

Inherent Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Science, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience.

Recommendations :

  • Experience in higher education environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in business writing, HTML, CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Knowledge of photography, digital content sourcing, and analytical tools like Google Analytics.

Required Competencies :

  • Results-oriented with high standards and adaptability.
  • Strategic thinking, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Business acumen, proficiency in MS Office, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and motivate teams.
