Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role at QwicPay, located in the City of Cape Town with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for converting leads into sales, onboarding merchants, creating strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and developing new markets, and managing merchant relationships

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Account Management experience.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Payments/Paytech
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and driving revenue
• Knowledge of e-commerce and online payment platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

Remuneration

• Base Salary + Commission + Rev share.
