1. Developing innovative solutions geared towards improving processes
2. Identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process losses
3. Building process capability and control
4. Defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication
5. Building capability to perform technical troubleshooting and process improvement
