Do you thrive on building long-term client relationships and driving growth in competitive markets?An established, and trusted brand in the industrial adhesive solutions sector is looking for a Sales Executive to focus on expanding and nurturing the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) client base.

About the RoleAs a Sales Executive dedicated to our OEM clients, you'll play a key role in strengthening our market presence within the manufacturing and production sectors.

You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams at OEM companies to understand their adhesive application needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive performance and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and secure new OEM clients within industrial, automotive, electronics, or packaging sectors.Manage and grow existing OEM accounts through proactive engagement and solution-based selling.Understand client technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop appropriate product offerings.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations.Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Key requirementsTechnical background or qualification.Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or adhesive-related sectors.Experience selling into OEM environments is highly preferred.Strong technical aptitude – able to understand product specs and client application needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

This role offers a competitive salary package inclusive of benefits, along with an uncapped commission structure and additional incentives for new business development and high performance.
