As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and activations for our client. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in client services and BTL campaign management within the advertising industry.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships to understand their objectives, challenges, and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, production, and strategy to develop tailored campaign proposals and strategies that align with client objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of BTL the line campaigns, from concept development to implementation and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of campaigns.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, discuss performance metrics, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and drive results for clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in client services and account management within an advertising agency, with a focus on below the line campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful campaigns for FMCG brands.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
