Our Mental Health Team, based out of Alice Springs, provides greater access to services in remote communities through a fly-in fly-out and drive-in drive-out model, contributing to improved mental health outcomes.

The RFDS SA / NT is recruiting qualified and experienced individuals to join our Mental Health Team in roles such as:
Reporting to the Mental Health Service Manager, you will deliver evidence-based and culturally safe mental health services in remote First Nations communities across regional and remote Australia. You will provide moderate-intensity mental health services to clients who lack access or are ineligible for existing services, utilizing telephone, telehealth, and face-to-face methods.
You will be a vital resource to remote communities, identifying activities to develop and increase awareness of mental health and emotional wellbeing services.
