Factory Floor Manager

Looking for a Factory Floor Manager - Fabrication Industry

We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong background in fabrication. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Knowledge of steel; knowledge of stainless steel is an advantage
2. Previous supervisory experience
3. A very hands-on approach
4. Good team leadership skills
5. Excellent eye for detail
6. Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
7. Experience in managing a workforce of +/- 30 artisans, including welders, boilermakers, polishers, etc.
8. Some knowledge of welding
9. Ability to work under tight deadlines
