Job Summary
Serve as the primary coordinator for operational and administrative activities within the branch, supporting overall branch functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Service (80% Time):
- Proactively target and recruit clients.
- Satisfy clients' ongoing financial planning needs through appropriate product and service sales.
- Optimize portfolio potential with Relationship Managers and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop sales opportunities to meet client needs.
- Manage client portfolios with regular proactive contact and meetings.
- Generate leads and sales by building relationships with branches and corporate sectors.
- Encourage existing clients to refer new business.
- Implement customer strategies aligned with business initiatives to ensure world-class service.
- Segment Strategy and Business Planning (10% Time):
- Develop and execute segment-specific strategies to establish the business unit as a center of excellence.
- Translate strategic objectives into tactical plans for staff performance.
- Align marketing and sales activities with segment initiatives.
- Own segment performance metrics, report variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Research best practices to develop client retention and acquisition strategies.
- Business Management (5% Time):
- Maintain targeted results in income, costs, client satisfaction, and recruitment.
- Regularly review and recommend portfolio adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
- Staff Management (10% Time):
- Implement coaching and training for Relationship Managers.
- Manage and motivate staff, recognizing outstanding performance.
- Lead staff to achieve business objectives.
- Risk and Governance (5% Time):
- Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage relevant risks and promote a culture of proactive compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)
