Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Civil Designer for a 12-month contract position in Midrand. The ideal candidate will have a National Civil Diploma and extensive experience in civil and structural draughting, particularly in the petrochemical industry. Proficiency in Intergraph SmartPlant 3D and Bentley MicroStation 3D is required. Only South African citizens may apply.

Job description

1. Qualifications, Experience, and Requirements:

• National Civil Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Intergraph SmartPlant 3D structural modelling software
• Experience with Bentley MicroStation 3D CADD software (version 8 or later)
• Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience in civil and structural draughting in construction, preferably petrochemical industry
• Preferably local to the area or willing to arrange their own accommodation for the duration of the contract
• Note: Only South African citizens may apply.
