Description

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. To implement control systems and conduct audits according to policy and procedure to safeguard the business.
2. Manage compliance and marketing events within the provincial region to ensure that the objectives are achieved.
3. Plan, develop, maintain and implement the marketing plan and compliance control systems in accordance with the company's standards and specifications.
4. Actively participate with managers and all relevant stakeholders in the process of developing and improving relationships, so objectives are met.
5. Manage profitability and compile reports in accordance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
6. Coordinate training needs and ensure employees are trained.
7. Coordinate marketing activities.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

1. A Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or a relevant tertiary qualification.

Experience Required For The Position:

1. Have 3 years marketing experience in the Funeral and Insurance industry.
2. Have solid knowledge on SHEQ policies and procedures.
3. Have solid knowledge of audit procedures.

Skills Required For The Position:

1. Good communication, negotiation and time management skills.
2. Computer literacy.
3. Must be willing to travel.
4. Have a valid unendorsed driver's licence.
