We are looking for a highly organized and knowledgeable Campaign Planner to join our Retail Media team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

The candidate should have a strong background in marketing and sales, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

The Campaign Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including creative, digital, sales teams, and vendors, to ensure successful campaign implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, events).
  2. Target Audience Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences, preferences, and behaviors.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  4. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI-driven investments.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights for future optimization.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and leadership.
  7. Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign messaging and tactics align with sales strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Planner or similar role in marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
