The South African energy market is in a flux of change with amendments and implementation of new acts. The petroleum industry operates within a regulated framework. TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa is still a challenger brand in comparison to the competition.

Activités
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you would be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and launch of a differentiated digital customer offer and experience from concept to market.
  • Leading digital efforts for customer-facing products in South Africa and supporting initiatives in Namibia and Eswatini.
  • Localizing digital platforms and systems aimed at collecting customer information, creating insights, and engaging customers for TotalEnergies marketing programs.
  • Managing and advising on all aspects of Digital Platforms for the business.
  • Ensuring continuous communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Retail, Lubricants, B2B & SFS to plan digital marketing campaigns and maintain TotalEnergies' social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Setting digital strategies aligned with the role of digital in TotalEnergies' group strategy.
  • Measuring and reporting on digital campaign performance, assessing KPIs, and providing recommendations.
  • Identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Brainstorming new growth strategies and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across channels and touchpoints.
  • Maintaining and facilitating online marketing communications.
  • Reporting website traffic, highlighting unique visitors and tools used, to increase traffic.

HSEQ
To manage and minimize HSE risks by ensuring compliance with policies, promoting a safe working environment, and contributing to HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies.

Profil du candidat
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Corporate Communication, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in Digital Product Development and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Experience in digital product management across all lifecycle stages, including Agile delivery and campaign development.
  • Knowledge of the latest online marketing trends and measurement practices.
