A leading company in the hardware sector is seeking a Sales Person to assist customers in selecting products, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing stock, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. Ideal candidates will have a Matric qualification and at least 3 years of sales experience in a hardware environment.
Purpose : To assist customers by helping them choose the product that best suits their needs, in a manner that makes the customer appreciate the assistance of the Sales Person during their purchase.
This includes providing excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction, generate sales, promote the business, and create sustainable growth in margins and profits.
