We’re a dynamic and rapidly expanding UK-based cleaning agency committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a driven, personable, and enthusiastic Sales Representative with experience in the cleaning or broader service industry. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our range of cleaning services.

Understand individual client requirements and offer tailored cleaning solutions.

Convert warm and hot leads into confirmed bookings by clearly highlighting the value of our services.

Stay knowledgeable about all services offered to confidently handle client questions.

Develop strong client relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.

Consistently meet—and aim to surpass—monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions using our CRM system.

Follow up with prospects, address queries, and resolve concerns with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the cleaning or service sector (e.g., deep cleans, end-of-tenancy, or carpet care).

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a virtual team.

Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and backup connectivity / power options.

Hands-on experience using CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups.

Confident and calm under pressure, with strong objection-handling skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Skilled in negotiation and comfortable handling client concerns with professionalism and tact.

What You’ll Get

Competitive base salary of R8,000 / month , with uncapped commission potential (realistic OTE of up to R25,000 / month ).

40 days of paid annual leave to support work-life balance.

Additional pay for work during the festive season, as required.
