The MENA Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. The role focuses on driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients. In this role, you will manage searches against a timeline, utilizing experience in setting benchmarks and metrics. Our recruiters thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, working hard, having fun, and getting the job done. You will draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and business functions, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners. You will perform candidate generation, client management, prioritize your time in a fast-paced environment, push back when needed, and provide excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing customer expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
  2. Recruit passive candidates and evaluate their fit and motivation beyond just selling a role.
  3. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates via proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  4. Interview candidates within the position framework, screen, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate timeline.
  5. Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to determine salary ranges and negotiate offers.
  6. Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including best practices in interviewing, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior roles.
  7. Strong knowledge of ZAF recruiting practices.
  8. Partner effectively with hiring teams to develop sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, managing expectations.
  9. Focus on recruiting KPIs.
  10. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  11. Possess 9+ years of candidate generation, recruiting, or sourcing experience.
  12. Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting is a plus.
  13. Retail hiring experience.
  14. Hands-on experience in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
