Job Description

To deliver excellent new business results and maintain quality standards through Kaelo's service and sales excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and enhancing the outcomes of new business activities.
  2. Driving new business growth with a focus on quality and client retention.
  3. Optimizing efficiencies in new business acquisition to increase revenue.
  4. Growing product sales through relationship building, superior client service, and technical expertise.
Key Outcomes
  • Manage strategic new business accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Build and sustain client portfolios, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks are completed effectively.
  • Provide tailored sales solutions to meet client needs.
  • Participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements through value stream mapping and analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor products, and services.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant with a proven sales record.
  • Knowledge of the health industry and short-term insurance.

  • Strong negotiation skills to drive revenue.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Based in Johannesburg.
  • Grade 12 (Matric), NQF Level 5 in Wealth Management or Short-term Insurance, and FAIS accreditation.
  • Optional: Business Degree.
