Job Summary :

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between the client’s business and its key customer base. You’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with customers, ensuring they’re fully aligned with all our sales, franchise, and business strategies.

Requirements :

  • Grade 12.
  • Sales or business-related qualification.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer relationship building and management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable car.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow the client’s customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Implement national sales, franchise, and business strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
  • Analyze sales data to address downward trends, engage customers, and provide solutions based on the client’s business model.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing timely feedback on sales, targets, and franchise aspects.
  • Resolve customer queries within 48 hours.
  • Collaborate with national colleagues to promote the client’s footprint and share creative ideas with the management team.
  • Monitor competitor activities and maintain a customer knowledge base to stay competitive.
  • Identify and engage potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand standards and supplier partnerships.
  • Travel throughout the Western and Southern Cape to ensure regular client engagement.
