Post BCom in Accounting or equivalent (minimum).

CA (SA) Honours in Accounting or financial management (advantageous).

10 years' experience at senior management level, including 5 years as CFO in the Public Sector.

Knowledge of financial and management accounting, tax, and supply chain management.

Familiarity with PFMA, IFRS, Treasury Regulations, GRAP, GAAP, Income Tax Act, and statutory requirements.

Understanding of governance, internal and external audit, risk management.

Awareness of broader political, economic, and social environments.
