In this role, you will:
  1. Strategize and program pre-contract activities.
  2. Administer contracts and essential documentation.
  3. Build and manage high-performing project teams (contractors and consultants).
  4. Facilitate seamless design, procurement, and construction workflows.
  5. Execute construction programs with precision and efficiency.
  6. Foster strong communication within the team and with clients.
  7. Proactively manage risks to ensure project success.
  8. Lead productive site and project meetings.
  9. Coordinate financial tracking, progress updates, and reporting.
  10. Provide insightful monthly reports to clients.
  11. Oversee smooth project close-out and handover processes.
We're looking for someone with:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in Project Management within the Construction or Consulting sectors (property development exposure advantageous).
  • A strong self-starter mentality, a commitment to hard work, and a desire for continuous professional development.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office software and general computer applications.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, WinQS) is advantageous.
