Quality Manager (RETAIL / SHOEWEAR ESSENTIAL)

We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and establish quality assurance processes in our retail and shoewear operations. The role involves setting up and managing quality control (QC) processes at various locations, ensuring compliance, and leading the QC team.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up the full QC process and build structure at the factory and ABU's.
2. Align with customer QC processes.
3. Establish and manage QC labs.
4. Develop QC reporting structures.
5. Manage the QC team.
6. Ensure compliance and conduct audits in collaboration with Purchasing, Planning, and Brand Managers.

Qualifications:

Experience in quality assurance within retail and shoewear sectors is essential. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.
