Mechanical Design Engineer

Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should align with our company culture that embraces change and innovation.

Triz Engineering Solutions is a premium product engineering and development company specializing in end-to-end turnkey commercial vehicle development. We offer comprehensive engineering services from feasibility and conceptualization to production and service support.

Our solutions include zero-emission technologies such as battery electric, fuel cell, hybrid, and conventional powertrains. We also provide advanced vehicle technologies like ADAS, vehicle autonomy, and telematics. Our products are validation-tested and ready for mass production, with expertise spanning medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles across various applications.

Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3D CAD experience (NX preferred)
  • Willingness to travel overseas
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-graduate experience
  • Experience in automotive engineering development or similar
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate scope of work
  • Prepare and maintain bills of materials and 3D assemblies
  • Manage product data
  • Create 3D models and 2D drawings to meet requirements
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers and customers
  • Conduct design reviews
  • Operate CAD software systems
  • Support daily customer activities
  • Provide creative, feasible solutions for cost savings and product improvements
  • Coordinate with materials, purchasing, analysis, testing, manufacturing, and compliance teams to optimize design, manufacturing, and regulatory adherence

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (subject to change), with flexible hours and potential overtime as per project needs. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
