CareerWe are a UK company looking to expand our client support team in South Africa to assist our busy UK-based teams.

You should have a background in Financial Planning administration, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our UK-based firm.

About the role

You will be integral to every stage of the client journey, including diary management, administrative support, client relationship building, and case management.

You will become familiar with our products, providers, and systems, gaining expertise through direct contact with a Financial Planner and their clients.

Your role goes beyond support; it involves building trust and providing exceptional service at every interaction.

Accountabilities
  • Support projects aimed at enhancing data consistency within our systems.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and manage provider platforms.
  • Process new business applications.
  • Manage Financial Planner’s diaries and schedule client meetings.
  • Prepare documentation for client appointments, such as review meeting packs.
  • Respond to email inquiries and communicate directly with clients.
  • Ensure accurate data entry within designated timelines.
Skills and Experience
  • Proficient with technology, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).
  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of Atomos products: pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and highly organized.
  • Enthusiastic about exceeding client expectations.
  • Seeking a supportive team environment where your contributions are valued.
  • Previous experience supporting overseas firms, especially UK-based, will be an advantage.
Additional Notes

You will be supporting from South Africa as part of our firm.

This is a 6-month contract with potential for permanence.

You will work according to UK bank holidays, with the option to use your own annual leave for South African holidays if preferred.
