The University of Pretoria is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to manage financial aid programs and provide support to students. This role requires a relevant diploma or Grade 12 with extensive administrative experience. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with university regulations while delivering excellent service to students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Relevant 3-year National Diploma with 3 years relevant general administration and cashier, student accounts, and bursary loans experience;
OR
Grade 12 with 5 years general administration and cashier, student accounts, and bursary loans experience.
PLEASE NOTE: All shortlisted candidates may be required to participate in relevant skills assessments as part of the selection process.
The total remuneration package will be commensurate with the incumbent’s level of appointment, as determined by UP policy guidelines. UP subscribes to the BESTMED and UMVUZO medical aid scheme and contributes 50% of the applicable monthly premium.
