Job Title: Shift Supervisor

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our client's team in Germiston. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role in overseeing shift operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
3. Monitor workflow to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
4. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Conduct shift handovers and report operational challenges or improvements.
6. Track inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain stock accuracy.
7. Identify training needs and support staff development.

Requirements:

• A diploma or certification in Supply Chain Logistics or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
