Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
- Controlling expenses
- Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company standard
- People management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and performance management
- Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Matric certificate
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership
