Job description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Ghost Kitchen, Catering, and Food Truck Manager to lead our small but mighty team! If you’ve got a flair for food, a head for numbers, and know how to hustle, both behind the scenes and on the streets, we want to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Market & Experience Related

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the ghost kitchen, food truck, and team

Supervise cooking and prep to ensure all food meets our standards

Manage stock ordering, receiving, and accurate food costing

Uphold health & safety and cleanliness standards across all workspaces

Tow the trailer to and from events and market locations safely

Be the face of the brand at events, bringing energy, professionalism, and good vibes

Requirements

Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Must have hands-on cooking experience and be comfortable stepping in as needed

Strong understanding of food costing, supplier management, and stock control

Valid South African driver’s license and confident in towing a trailer

If not South African, a valid visa and work permit is essential

Based in Cape Town and available to work flexible hours (including weekends and nights)

Strong leadership skills and a people-first mindset

Passionate about food, teamwork, and creating standout customer experiences
