Responsibilities :

1. Build working relationships across teams and functions to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
2. Implement change management practices, processes, and procedures, ensuring understanding and acceptance.
3. Continuously develop expertise in industry and subject matter, applying knowledge in the area of specialization.
4. Manage teams within defined processes, set performance parameters, and act as a technical coach when needed.
5. Plan and manage resources in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget, in partnership with specialized areas.
6. Monitor project timelines and quality standards, resolving issues promptly to enhance client service delivery.
7. Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational methods and governance guidelines.
8. Contribute to project budgets, control, and report on resources to meet objectives.
9. Maintain relevant project documentation according to procedures and methodologies to support delivery and meet audit requirements.
10. Use discretion and judgment to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
11. Define project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle.
12. Apply knowledge of products and techniques to manage team tasks, ensuring quality and timeliness.
13. Coordinate and optimize resources to meet objectives and deliver results as per the project lifecycle.
