Job Description

The role involves providing excellent client service and financial education, achieving targets through marketing and selling Old Mutual and other products.

The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through their efforts.

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting monthly sales targets for lending and other products.
2. Meeting collections and arrears targets for lending products.
3. Educating clients on responsible credit use and effective money management.
4. Establishing a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation, and tracking.
5. Adhering to internal, regulatory, and legislative governance to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
6. Facilitating intra-branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
7. Providing excellent face-to-face and telephonic service to customers.
8. Building sustainable relationships that enhance the brand.
9. Delivering on daily production standards and adhering to service and quality standards.
