Administration Clerk Vacancy at the Office of the Chief Justice

The Office of the Chief Justice is seeking to fill the position of Administration Clerk.

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

Position Details
  • Position: ADMINISTRATION CLERK (DCRS)
  • Reference Number: / 59 / OCJ
  • Salary: R, – R, per annum (Level 05)

The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent; no experience required.
  • Exposure to Court-Related functions will be an advantage.
  • Prepare court before proceedings to test and operate recording equipment.
  • Perform digital recording of court proceedings and ensure the integrity of such documents.
  • Provide administrative support in circuit courts.
  • Collect statistics.
  • Support court performance and case flow management.
  • Assist with administrative duties in HR, finance, and supply chain as required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
