Position: Senior Data Science Consultant

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Postgraduate degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) in strategic or management consulting, focused on data-driven decision-making.
3. Proven experience (5+ years) in a mid to senior level data science role, leading projects and supervising data scientists.
4. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate certification or equivalent (advantageous).
5. Experience with pricing or risk models in banking or insurance industries (advantageous).
6. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python and SQL.
7. Working knowledge of data management and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
8. Strong proficiency with statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
9. Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning (advantageous).
10. Experience with PySpark and distributed computing using Apache Spark within Azure Synapse.
11. Experience with Delta Lake / Delta Tables, Databricks, or other modern data lakehouse technologies (strong advantage).
12. Proven experience designing and developing Synapse Pipelines integrating SQL stored procedures, Spark jobs (via Notebooks or Spark Pools).
