What You'll Do: As our HR/IR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our HR and IR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Industrial Relations Management: Lead and manage all Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including misconduct, disciplinaries, and CCMA representation.
  • Performance and Conduct Management: Support and guide managers in handling performance, conduct, and absenteeism issues quickly and in line with labour law.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and campaign-specific guidelines while optimising HR and IR strategies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to managers and supervisors on HR and IR best practices.
  • Building Partnerships: Build strong, trusted partnerships with operational leaders, unions, and employee representatives to drive a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years HR/IR experience, preferably within a BPO or Call Centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of South African labour law and compliance requirements.
