Job Description: To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, expectations, and providing product solutions, including directing customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service) while adhering to policy and process.

Communicate with customers in a clear manner and offer helpful solutions and products based on their needs. Always conduct oneself ethically. Adhere to the TCF (Treating Customer Fairly) principles in all actions. Identify opportunities to sell or cross-sell products aligned with customer needs. Maximize channel optimization opportunities aligned with customer needs. Support activities that contain and reduce costs. Optimize every customer interaction to migrate or convert customers to eChannels and encourage use of digital and self-service channels. Comply with procedures and processes outlined in business guidelines and understand associated risks. Achieve transaction benchmarks while providing exceptional customer service. Demonstrate behaviors that support organizational values. Take accountability for personal performance and career development. Enhance knowledge and skills through role-specific training via eCareers. Contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the team. Adapt to changing business and customer needs effectively.
