The successful candidates will be responsible for managing iBranch online products with a focus on analyzing daily figures for various sports and products such as slots and other traditional casino games. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining current betting platforms and introducing new features, solutions, analysis, and products to increase revenue and market share through online betting offerings.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Maintain all current betting platforms (mobisite, website, USSD) by identifying shortfalls and introducing new features and solutions.
• Provide overall leadership and direction in the development of betting platforms.
• Identify innovations and assess competitors.
• Develop and drive software development project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases throughout implementation, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, and coordinating actions.
• Ensure enhancement of the mobisite, website, Syx, refer a friend, TUV, and other company products, and improve functionality for end users.
• Evaluate consumer understanding and insights—consumer experience with the brand and potential enhancements.
• Conduct competitor analysis reporting.
• Lead all product testing before releasing to the live environment.
• Maintain market awareness and strong relationship management abilities.
• Identify root causes of customer and audit queries and implement initiatives to reduce these queries where appropriate.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
• Collaborate with departments to identify work shortfalls and areas where the development team can assist in improving processes.
• Assist and advise developers and software architects on application functionalities and user interface requirements, providing Business Requirement Documents.
• Supervise group testing of complete applications and software.
• Identify and eliminate factors within applications that may pose risks to the business.
• Conduct market research and develop new products.
• Innovate and improve current business practices.
• Create user manuals for system applications.
• Work closely with betting traders to maintain desired GGR margins and implement corrective strategies.
• Handle betting-related queries for clients.
• Analyze risk and fraud related to products.
• Assess odds relevance and accuracy.
• Identify high-risk or high-spend/win clients.
• Define functionality requirements for front and back end of SyX and mobisite/web.
• Report on product performance and metrics.
• Assist with completing BRDs for integrations and enhancements.
• Test functionality and odds of all product releases.
• Act as a key link between software development and the business.
• Negotiate commercials related to the product.
• Create BRDs in collaboration with the Betting Product Owner.
• Perform full-cycle testing of product functionality and odds.
• Drive marketing plans for the product within iBranch/retail.
• Ensure proper handover to Betting Product Owner before live releases.
• Review contracts for additional value or cost reductions.
• Set up strategic meetings with partners to grow figures, implement strategies, and add products.
• Manage compliance for GB approvals across all provinces.
